Wanna know about everything we do?
We'll get in touch with you soon.Manifesto
Physical. Comedy. Theatre. Queer.
It is hard to order the above words because each gives the others context, so they will be described in no order.
There is a sense of comedy, of humour, always present in the work.
Whether Naive or Satirical, the sparkly eye of humour is there.
Theatre - which is unquestionably physical.
The work is grounded in a theatre style.
Queer. The queer eye influences this work, it's in our bodies, in our outlook, this Queerness will always be subject to the rules of theatre.
The Queerness is in the space in between.
A refusal of binaries, a refusal of didacticism. The space in between has movement. It has curiosity. It is a hybrid space.
Transgressive. We go beyond the status quo.
We honour what cracks us up, what is fucked up, what is subversive, what is totally wrong, what is totally stupid, toilet humour, intelligent humour…
Sexuality is hysterical and absurd. Deeply important and deeply not relevant.
Heteronormativity is provocative.
Bodies first.
Words second.
We are still students tearing up terrain. Analyzing. Critiquing. And squeezing the juice.
